Consultations take place online 1-2-1 with one of our energy experts

We first help employees choose the right consultation topic for free via webinars, email or a quick video call.

Employees access our user-friendly online booking portal to easily schedule and join consultations with automated reminders for a hassle-free experience. They’ll discuss their topic of choice for an hour with one of our friendly experts. They can choose to stay in touch with their consultant at no further cost for up to a month.

Together we discuss and advise the best solutions for them

Using our powerful tools and industry insights we provide a clear plan of action. By sharing our cutting-edge knowledge and expertise, we save valuable time and enable clear, well-informed decisions about energy and transportation.

Our impartiality allows us to suggest not to go ahead with a particular technology or solution if it is unsuitable in their circumstances.

We offer our ChargeWorks 1-2-1 energy consultations as a voluntary, employee-funded benefit, available at annual enrollment and as an anytime offer.

All consultations are paid for by the employee, with the cost of the consultation deducted from their pay by the employer.

Should an employer wish to discount the consultation price for employees, a service admin fee can be negotiated. This can be adjusted according to the volume of consultations booked. We will support the promotion of this benefit to increase uptake.

** During enrollment, employees are offered a £50 discount on the consultation fee when they sign up to take a consultation within the next 12 months. Outside of the enrollment period, the first consultation can be arranged at the standard price of £300.
¹ Available to employers with a minimum of 1,500 employees (bespoke pricing available).
² £135 per consultation when fully utilised. Consultation rollover can be negotiated. 
³ Maximum number of consultations booked measured by quarter and is commensurate to size of the organisation, e.g. employer with 3,000 employees limited to 50 consultations per quarter, 6,000 employees limited to 100 consultations per quarter and so on.
